Step 1: Cream butter & sugars
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together for 2–3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Add eggs & vanilla
- Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.

- Mix well so the color is evenly incorporated.
Step 4: Add dry ingredients
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add to the wet mixture and mix until a thick dough forms.
Step 5: Add the mix-ins
Fold in:
- Chocolate chips
- Crushed Oreos
- Mini cookies
- Save a handful of each for topping.
Step 6: Scoop & shape
- Scoop large 3–4 tablespoon balls (Crumbl-style thickness).
- Press a few extra cookie pieces or Oreo halves into the tops.
Step 7: Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers look slightly soft.
- Let cookies cool on the tray 10 minutes — they finish setting as they cool.
