  1. Add dry ingredients to wet on low speed.
  2. Mix until just combined — dough should be soft and thick.
  3. Fold in ½ cup sprinkles gently.
Step 4: Scoop & Shape
  1. Scoop 2–3 tablespoon balls of dough.
  2. Roll each ball in additional rainbow sprinkles to coat generously.
  3. (Press lightly so sprinkles stick.)
  4. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Step 5: Bake
  1. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until:
